Mr. Arjun Ramaraju

Chief Executive Officer

Arjun Ramaraju is the Chief Executive Officer of Conneqt Business Solutions. With more than 26 years of rich and diverse experience in IT & ITes fields. Prior to this, Arjun served as Senior Vice President and Global Head at Wipro where he built several new businesses in the energy, utilities, mining, engineering, construction and operations, working closely with Fortune 100 companies in their digital, outsourcing and business transformation agendas across 30 countries. Arjun holds an engineering degree from B.M.S. College of Engineering and had participated in several leadership programs in IIM Bangalore and Harvard Business School. He is passionate about driving growth and mentoring leaders.

Mr. Mohan Chennasamudram

Chief Business Officer

Mohan is BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Guindy. He had served Wipro for 18 years in various roles managing a global P&L of $100Mn. His last role was Group Head – Cloud Enterprise Apps & Digital. Prior to that, he spent about 10+ years as an Oracle, SAP & JD Edwards consultant. At Conneqt he will build new Digital IT competencies & establish technology partnerships. He will lead the growth agenda for Digital IT services in the global GICs in India & support Digital growth in the IT & BPM markets in India

Mr. A S Krishnan

Chief Financial Officer

Krishnan is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Conneqt Business Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the finance function at Conneqt that includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and corporate strategy. He has over 21 years of experience across industries and prior to joining Conneqt, he served in a variety of finance leadership roles in Tata Projects and Blue Star.

Mrs. Anjali Chand

Chief Human Resource Officer

Anjali Chand is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Conneqt Business Solutions. With more than 21 years of HR experience in the telecom and ITES sectors, Anjali is a seasoned expert in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Shared Services and L&D. Prior to joining Conneqt, she served as Vice President of HR at Firstsource Solutions Ltd, leading business and corporate teams globally.
She is passionate about Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and works with institutions to make significant contributions in this area. She holds a PG certificate in Business Management from IIM Indore and a degree from Delhi University. Anjali brings a blend of expertise and innovation to transform organisations and promote inclusive workplaces.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places, playing badminton, swimming, reading fiction books and watching thriller movies and tv shows.

Mr. Naozer Dalal

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Naozer is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Conneqt. In this role, Naozer applies his executive leadership strength to our delivery function’s overall strategy, planning, operations, and key transformational initiatives. Besides being responsible for India BFSI sales/account management and building practices he also oversees corporate support functions of IT, facilities, corporate quality, and transitions. With 29 years of experience in banking and BPO, he drives business execution excellence. Before joining Connect, Naozer served as the chief executive officer of e-Nxt Financials Ltd (a TATA Enterprise), Executive Director at Prudential Process Management Services Ltd & Coo at Standard Chartered Bank group. Naozer has completed his PGDM with a specialization in finance and marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
